RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE THIRTIETH (30^TH) JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT / FAMILY DIVISION AND THE PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES OF THE CIRCUIT COURT / FAMILY DIVISION OF THE OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION (OPEIU) LOCAL 459, AFL-CIO

RESOLUTION #03-125

WHEREAS, an agreement has been achieved between the Thirtieth (30^th) Ingham County Circuit Court / Family Division and the OPEIU on a Collective Bargaining Agreement for January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2005 covering the Professional Employees in the Circuit Court / Family Division; and

WHEREAS, the provisions of this agreement are consistent with Board guidelines; and

WHEREAS, the County Services and Finance Committees concur with the agreement.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the OPEIU for Professional Employees in the Thirtieth (30^th) Circuit Court / Family Division is hereby recognized upon the signing of the contract by the OPEIU representatives and the Chief Circuit Judge. Further, no wage increase or retro pay shall be given until the contract is signed by all parties.
